Downpayment and days without my pinky

Met my dealer at 7PM and gave the remaining 7k of downpayment & my IC. And he mentioned that he will give me 1st month installment free but I still have to top up 1500 insurance... Oh my god!!! I wonder how about road tax.. hm... I won't be paying insurance without him giving me my plate number... HAHAHA... :p

Still a long wait... Wanna sleep liaoz..
